c164dfbc84 feat: 2단계 인과 기법 39종 확장 및 레거시 폴더 정리 
1단계 GT 타점 재현을 위해 스윙·눌림목·돌파·다이버전스·추세·모멘텀 등
단일 33종과 복합 6종 기법을 추가하고, zero-price·Stochastic 오류를 방어한다.
docs/02_ground_truth·04_causal 중복 GT JSON을 제거해 0~3단계 폴더 구조를 정리한다.

b7c4ec0de5 feat: MTF·인과 전략 파이프라인 및 docs 단계별 폴더 재구성 
0~3단계 산출물을 docs/0_ground_truth~3_causal로 정리하고, sim 초기 40만원·총평가 구간별 매수 상한을 적용한다. MTF 상관 분석, composite+MTF, 워크포워드 인과 sim과 2·3단계 리포트를 추가·재생성한다.

e8390f3096 feat: 0~4단계 파이프라인 정리 및 인과 선물 전략(3단계) 추가 
v3 신호 유형별 GT 정합, composite_v3 통합 기법, ATR 손절 선물 시뮬과
0단계 벤치마크 비교 리포트·차트를 추가하고 README/스크립트 단계 번호를 통일했다.
